Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes there are no contracts or cancellation fees. You may cancel at any time and you plan will expire at the next renewal date.
Are there any setup fees or charges?
Yes. There is a $900 setup fee for us to get your account setup with to include connections to your existing website, social profiles, messenger service and phone line and setting up your AI Remodeling Employee.
Are there any addition monthly charges?
Yes. There are small fees for usage of all text messages, emails and phone calls that are sent and received. Each of our plans offers some credits ample for many businesses but there are additional fees if those credits are used up before the next billing cycle. Additionally ad spend is not included but required for lead flow.
Are there any limits to the number of contacts I can have in my CRM?
No there are no limits to the number of contacts or employees you can have in your account.
Can I have my website hosted in my account?
Yes, we can host your website for you, and we can also provide our AI-powered website chat widget, which can answer customer questions on the website and even book appointments for them as well. Our setup fee includes installing our AI Remodeling Chat Bot on your existing website but does not cover building a new website as this would have an additional cost.
Do I need to have an office person answering the phone?
No not with our AI powered virtual receptionist. All calls get answered no matter what time of day. No need for any after hour call center for after hour service. Our AI can route those emergency calls to the on call person.
Will I need to have an IT person to setup and ren the Client Maximizer System?
No we completely setup your system and show you how to use it with any additional employees or IT help.
